Andrew Tate and brother has been banned from leaving Romania amid Human traff!cking case

 

Controversial influencer, Andrew Tate has been banned from leaving Romania after a court of Appeal overturned a rulling that

allowed him to travel within the EU.

The Appeal court in Bucharest revealed on Tuesday that it has overturned the previous rulling that allowed Tate free movement in the European Union while awaiting trial on charges of Human traff!cking. Pending the start of the trial, they are banned from leaving Romania.

It comes after the 37 years old Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate of 35years, had celebrated two weeks ago, being given permission to leave the country for the first time in 2 years.

The former kick boxer took to X, on July 5th announcing the news, "I am free...... The sham Case if falling apart".

 Tate and his brother were charged with r@pe case in Mid 2023, human traff!cking, and forming a criminal gang go s3xually exploit women, which they deny.

Romanian prosecutors formerly indicated Tate in June, Trista alongside two other women from Romania in same case.

The four persons were arrested in late December 2022 close to Bucharest and have all denied the allegations leveled against them.

Two weeks ago, when the brothers received initial news that they were able to leave Romania, a spokesperson said: 'The Romania courts have ruled in favour of Tristan and Andrew Tate, lifting restrictions on their travel within the European Union, 'adding: 'This represents a significant victory and a major step forward i n the ongoing case.

'It reflects the significant progress the legal team have made in challenging the allegations brought against the two brothers.

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate's Lawyer, Eugene Vidineac said:  'We embrace and applaud the decision of the court today, I consider it a reflection of the exemplary behaviour and assistance of my clients.

'Andrew and Tristan are still determined to clear their name and reputation; however they are grateful to the court for placing trust on them.

'For the two brothers who have faced limitations on their movement for close to two year, this ruling is a welcome relief.

 'It alows them to resume their lives with greater from and peace of mind.

'They are now allowed to travel around European union to pursue professional opportunities without restriction'.

This relief was short-lived, however as the ruling was over turned.

In Tate's bizzare video he posted on 5th July, he paced topless around parked supercars and said: 'For the first time in nearly 3years, the Judge has decided I Can leave Romania'.

He also stated that the charges were 'sham case' before referencing a platform  that says it teaches the skill of money-making and protesting his innocence.

They were initially arrested in 2022 alongside two Romanian women - model Georgiana Naghel and former  Cop Luana Radu- but we're formerly indicted in June last year.

Two two female suspects will also face extradition to the UK, was their Romania case is over.

The brothers have been accused of 10 allegations of r@pe and s3xual assault from 3 alleged victims in the UK.

They faced complaints from victims who claimed that they were drugged and subjected to s3xual acts between 2012 to 2015.

Romanian law states that the trafficking of adults carries a lengthy prison sentence of up to a decade, so as r@pe.
