Kano State airport cleaner has returned the sum of $10,000 he found in aircraft.

 

An Employee of the Nigerian Aviation handling Company Kano's branch, Dankode Auwal, has been hailed after returning the $10,000 he found in a plane.

The man who is a worker of the Malam Aminu International airport in Kano State found $10,000 dollars while he was cleaning the aircraft.

Makaman Zagozola a counter-insurgency expert and a security analyst wrote on his X handle that Dankode Auwal reported the money that he found to the Airlines manager, initiating to search for the rightful owner.

Zagazola also added that while the search and investigation for the rightful owner of the money continues, " Auwal's action serves as a shining example of the positive impact that even small acts of kindness can have".

In the post he wrote," This boy named Dankode Auwal Ahmed , an Employee of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) , found the sum of $10,000 which is about 16m, inside a plane while he was cleaning.

"Auwal immediately reported to the airlines company managing upon discovering the money to initiate search for the rightful owner. This incident took place at the Malam Aminu Kano state International airport, Auwal who is originally from Kode in Kano state, is known for his strong honesty and fear of God".
