Neitezens, reacts as a report surfaced that former president Goodluck ebele Jonathan is being pressurized to Contest for president in the 2027 general elections, the report was revealed by a prominent figure in the People's Democratic Party, PDP and also the founder of Ovation Magazine. On Sunday, the report was posted on Dele Momodu official X handle.
The headline of the report reads; "World Exclusive; Goodluck Jonathan under pressure to contest for 2027 elections".
It is no news that Goodluck Ebele Jonathan won a full term bid, in the year 2011, before he was defeated by former president Muhammad Buhari in the 2015 general and presidential election.
However after Dele Momodu posted this on his X handle, they have been mixed reactions from various social media users.
A lot of people have been sharing their thoughts and comments online,some said it was a good thing, some said the idea wasn't good, and some said that they do not want any past president to rule Nigeria again.
