Tinubu is clean and as white as snow, festus Keyamo says, amidst certificate forgery saga

 

Festus Keyamo, one time minister of state of Naija delta, and

the current minister of Aviation and Aerospace development, has revealed that he has faith in the supreme court ruling on Tinubus case, despite allegations of certificate forgery against him.

In a long post he dropped on X platform (previously called Twitter), the minister claimed that president Bola Ahmed Tinubu is clean and as white as snow. As per him, the noise about the certified forgery is useless  until the vendor the president used in getting the certified debunks it's authenticity.

According to Festus Keyamo he said;

    "When some comments or perception of otherwise plain and simple issues are so moronic, mischievous or downright odious, they really do not deserve a response because you'd be dignifying idiocy. But let me drop this here for posterity:

I have been a defence and prosecution lawyer at the highest level in criminal trials for over 30years. You cannot allege for prove forgery except the purported maker of the document denies its authenticity or there is in contradicted evidence of a forensic  report that categorically says the document was deliberately altered or concocted by  the person who uttererd  (in a legal sunse) or issued it 

Applying this same principle to case of Atiku Abubakar V Chicago State University. as far as the University openly said that they do not issue replacement certificates, but that vendors do so on their behalf

, all this noise about forged certificate are of no use until the particular vendor that issued to the replacement certificates to Tinubu denies its authenticity.and it is the work of the accuser to fish out this vendor and get that evidence. It's not the other way.
